When I attempt to register it is not recognising my activation code. What should I do?

Please check and re-enter your activation code carefully, if it still does not recognise your activation code, please contact our service provider, PDS via email at [email protected] or call 01933 510 237.

I’ve registered but not received an activation email. What should I do?

Sometimes emails can take a few minutes to come through. If after 30 minutes you still have not received your email, please double check your email spam folder. The email will have the subject line ‘Forterra Partnership Portal Account Activation’ and the sender is [email protected].

My temporary password is not being recognised. What should I do?

If you have completed the ‘forgot your password’ process more than once you will receive multiple temporary password emails. Please allow up to 30 minutes for your password reset to come through and always ensure you use the most recent email information.
